Asana

After many years of sadhana (spiritual practice) I have developed a practice and teaching of my own, inspired by Iyengar and Ashtanga styles of Yoga.
My classes are person-oriented, and I adapt my teaching to suit the capabilities and aptitudes of every individual.

The precision and correctness of each asana (posture) is very important to me, along with respiration. To learn again how to breathe is an essential ingredient for the correct practice of asanas. It is also a gateway to inner peace.

I consider observation and discovery of oneself, here and now, to be an essential aspect of Yoga. This understanding we can cultivate through meditation of course, but also through the practice of asanas and pranayama. We are just using different tools (body, breath and mind) to try to understand and experience the same Truth. This is also what I want to make you discover during my classes.
